Sometimes, it’s quite difficult to resist fast food. It’s probably the grease and the salt that makes it so yummy. Especially if you’re hurrying for some quick lunch and you don’t have any choice but a hamburger and fries. Then again, those clog up your arteries and kidneys and bloat you up making you coffin-ready before you even hit 30.
Go for some hacks for fast food eating when you have to!
Make sure your sandwich comes with a lot of lettuce and other veggies.
Burgers made with veggie-meat patties are better off without the mayonnaise.
If you crave for pizza, the better choice would be a no-meat, thin crust slice topped with veggies only.
If you really can’t stop yourself or if the urge for the usual fatty food in fast food wins over you, you can burn it off later when you start feeling guilty already. Try the math:
One slice of regular crust pepperoni pizza can be burned off by riding a bike for an hour and 45 minutes total. A corndog can be burned off with an hour and 15 minutes of roller-skating.
Just make sure you don’t eat too much!
